Managing your plant and equipment assets is meant to be easy. Unfortunately too many people have been fudging paper based systems or inefficient digital platforms that make it way more difficult than it needs to be.

Step #1
Select Plant in Your
Navigation
Start by logging into the Aquipa app and go to the navigation on the left side and click on ‘Plant’.
Step #2
Click on the ‘+ADD PLANT’ button
Now it’s time to click on the ‘+ ADD PLAN’ button to bring up the “Add New Plant “ op-up so you can start entering plant information into the appropriate fields
Step #3
Enter your plant details into the prescribed fields
You’ll be prompted to add details to the selected fields for your Internal plant ID, you can attach a photo of the plant, VIN/Serial number, Registration YES/NO, Rego Number, Make, Model, Type, GVM, Tare, Length, Height, Seating Capacity & Year of Manufacture. Press ‘Submit’ to enter.
It pays to collect these details before you start to fast-track the process

Your Plant is now uploaded. It’s that easy!
With your plant entered, you now have it in place ready to add checklists, maintenance schedules and more.
Step #5
Select the fields you want displayed
You decide which fields you want displayed on the plant page.
Select the column picker button and tick the fields you want displayed… and ‘SAVE’. You can click on the individual fields highlighted in yellow to edit the individual fields directly.
